Maintenance Services:

Rancho Mesa Properties aims to keep a property’s current tenant(s) happy with cost effective maintenance, which minimizes tenant turnover and sustains the owner’s property value. The time between renters is the perfect opportunity to catch up on the ‘wear & tear’ that invariably occurs over the lifetime of a property. All owners are contacted on repairs over $250.00, unless responding to an emergency call. Property owners are contacted the next business day after an emergency event. Our sub-contractors respond quickly to requests, as it is understood by all that delays in finding the next tenant can mean lost rental income.

Refurbishment Services:

Whether your property just experienced water damage from a broken water line, or a fire due to unattended food on the stove, Rancho Mesa Properties can get the right professionals on task quickly, minimizing the property downtime.

Remodeling & Landscaping Services:

What is your curb appeal? The front of your rental and landscaping are the first things a prospective tenant sees. The kitchen, living room and dining room carry the most impact on first impressions of the inside. Our sub-contractors work with your plans to enhance your rental property to its fullest potential. Rancho Mesa Properties provides project management services for property enhancements over $1000 for a nominal 10% of the total project value.
