If you experience an emergency after normal business hours, please call (858) 576-2176 and follow the directions to contact the emergency maintenance supervisor.

Only the following are considered after-hour emergencies:

• Leaks and Flooding
• Overflowing or clogged toilet in a one bathroom unit
• No heating or air conditioning during extreme temperatures
• Loss of power
